Darin Morino is Vice President of Business Development at United Building Maintenance, where he leads growth and expansion initiatives across the company's custodial, floor care, security, and critical environment service lines. With over 30 years in the facility services industry, Darin has built a career on creating strong business partnerships grounded in integrity, transparency, and results, leveraging deep expertise in scope re-engineering, system evaluations, and budget strategy to craft unique value propositions for clients.

Prior to joining United Building Maintenance, Darin spent nearly five years as VP of Business Development at Advanced Building Maintenance, where he helped drive 441% revenue growth and expanded the company's footprint from 3 to 26 states. His career also includes over two decades at SBM Site Services in roles spanning Regional Manager to Strategic Solutions Manager.
